RETURN OF GOODS

If a return needs to be made, it must be done within 60 days of the invoice date. Customers will need to contact a Wheels Now sale representative to discuss instructions and get a RETURN OF GOODS AUTHORIZATION document. The RETURN OF GOODS AUTHORIZATION document needs to be printed and sent back with the merchandise.

Items must be sent back to Wheels Now and properly packaged to be received by Wheels Now in New/ As Sold/Original Condition. Items/wheels cannot be mounted, modified or defective.

Items must be received during Wheels Now shipping/receiving hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Central Time.

 

Freight/transit of returned item must be packaged, coordinated and sent at your expense. Wheels Now will not ACCEPT COD or Collect Returns.

Items will be inspected upon return for damage, defects or modifications.

Upon receipt of properly returned good(s), a credit will be issued for items less a 10% restocking fee within 10 business days. Damaged, defective, modified or mounted items may not be accepted and may not be entitled to any credit.

Any freight, transit or parcel charges incurred or invoiced will not be credited.
